The hotel room was a bit small for the price we paid, but it was perfect for our dogs and toddler. The service was excellent, especially from the friendly staff. The location was nice and quiet, right in the center of Thornhill. The dining experience was nice but could offer a better selection. The facilities were good overall.

The newly fitted wet room was truly excellent, and the room was lovely and clean. Perfect for our 2 large dogs and 19-month-old toddler.
